Sales Development Rep / Customer Success Manager

We’re looking for a Sales Development Rep / Customer Success Manager to join our growing team at Bizzcoo. Bizzcoo is a fast-growing Saas startup with a great entrepreneurship mindset. You get the possibility to be part of creating the best customer service together with our Sales and Marketing team, great developers, UX designers, and Chief architect.

 

What you will do:

  • Represent Bizzcoo:s services, and understand potential customers’ needs and how Bizzcoo can support and execute their consultant business more effectively
  • Work closely with our Marketing and Sales and be responsible for our lead identification and qualification.
  • Work in Hubspot to nurture both inbound and outbound leads via e-mail, chat, phone, video
  • Finding new potential sales outlets.
  • Support sales in their day-to-day work helping them whenever they need via phone, e-mail, messaging, or visits.
  • Ensure our customers have the best support and experience of working with Bizzcoo.
  • Develop Bizzcoo´s digital onboarding service - video, webinar, FAQ Etc.
  • Capture customer and product feedback, and work towards our vision of zero support tickets.

 

Required Skills/Who you are:

  • Self-driven personality looking to learn and grow into an excellent SDR and/or CRM
  • Passionate about providing a high level of customer service, with a minimum of 1 year’s experience as Sales dev and/o Customer success manager.
  • Use to work in a CRM or Marketing Automation System like Hubspot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Upsales etc.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • A humble personality
